Annual
registration is made by the parent or guardian. Notification of
registration dates will be made through the parish bulletin. Registration
for 08-09 is February 13 from 8am-noon in the Parish Center Conference
Room. Requirements
for your child's registration are the following:
1. To enter kindergarten, the child must be five (5) years of age by
September 1st.. A readiness test is administered.
2.
A child entering grade 1 must be six (6) years of age by September 1st and
have successfully completed a full year of kindergarten.
3.
A birth certificate,
baptismal certificate, immunization record, a copy of the report card and
achievement scores, and a small family picture.
4.
There is a non-refundable $100.00 registration fee.
Admission
to Incarnation School will be granted to:
1.
Children of parents registered in Incarnation Parish and who personally
and financially contribute to their parish using the weekly offertory envelopes.
2.
Children of parents registered in a Catholic Parish and who personally and
financially contribute to their parish.
3.
Catholic students transferring from another school.
4.
Non-Catholic children who are practicing, registered members of another
faith.
