Sr. Constance Gleason, RSM
Fourth Grade,

Sr. Constance Gleason, RSM, joined the faculty of Incarnation School in January of 2002 as a fifth grade educator. She earned a B.A. of Mathematics at Georgian Court University, Lakewood NJ and received a NSF Mathematics Grant to Catholic University of America, Washington, DC. She received a M.Ed. in Administration and Supervision from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. Post Graduate Courses include attendance at Georgian Court University where she earned Certification in Instructional Computer Technology. She previously served as Principal of St. Joseph School, Keyport, NJ for thirty years and has taught in various elementary schools in the Diocese of Trenton. Recognition for dedicated service includes the following awards: Diocese of Trenton Educator of the Year Award in 1999, Diocese of Trenton Dedicated Service Award for twenty-five and thirty-five years, the NCEA Presidential Award for Outstanding Service to Catholic Education and she was also a nominee for “Who’s Who” by former students. Her philosophy and goal is to challenge the students to be respectful, caring members of the world able to celebrate, individuality, encourage the building of community, and use their gifts and the earth’s resources wisely – thereby, giving witness to the presence of God among us.
