Admissions
Financial Aid
We currently utilize the FACTS program for processing financial aid requests. This program was mandated by the Diocese of Venice in order to fairly and accurately assess financial need and share the responsibility with each family’s parish of residence. The FACTS company processes the financial information and makes a recommendation of eligibility for each family. If the applicant is a member of a parish other than Incarnation, the recommendation will be forwarded to their parish. The feeder parish will then determine the amount of assistance that is available from their parish.
Please read the following for more details:
- Applications for financial aid must be submitted by April 1st of the current school year to be considered for aid in the following school year
- Parish registration and participation is required for all families requesting assistance
- In addition, families must be accepted and registered for the following year at Incarnation Catholic School. Registration fees are not included in the tuition assistance and must be paid as scheduled by all families
- All FACTS recommendations will be reviewed confidentially by the principal. Assistance will be provided by the Incarnation Angels Fund or from the parish of the residence
- A letter from the school will be sent by mid-May notifying the family applicants of the amount of assistance that is available. According to the Diocese policy, assistance can range from 10%-50% of tuition
- Tuition assistance is renewable, but the application for assistance must be made each year
- Unforeseen circumstances during the school year may necessitate requesting assistance. Such requests will be reviewed by the principal on an individual basis
- Families using FACTS at Cardinal Mooney High School do not need to fill out a separate application for Incarnation
FACTS applications are available at the front office or you may apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com.
