Welcome Back

Summer Work
Summer Assignment Instructions:
All students should read Peter Pan by J.M. Barrie over the summer.
Each grade level will receive a short set of reflection activities appropriate to their age, designed to encourage thoughtful engagement with the story. These assignments were shared during the last week of school and can be found in the FACTS Family Portal. The book should be read and assignment completed to submit the first week of school in August 2025.
When we return in August, each class will dive deeper into the world of Peter Pan together. For the first few weeks of school, this beloved story will serve as the heart of our learning as we ease back into routine, build classroom communities, and reconnect as a school.
To celebrate, we will culminate our shared learning with an All-School Peter Pan Immersion Day on August 29, 2025, complete with themed activities, creative expression, and joyful reflection on the summer’s reading. Students are encouraged to start preparing a costume inspired by the story now, think fairies, pirates, Lost Boys, mermaids, or any favorite character from Neverland!
Get ready to take flight with us this summer. Second star to the right and straight on ‘til morning!
