* Only after acceptance should the family purchase the school uniform
The Diocese of Venice does not accept religious exemptions. All students must either have a valid medical exemption on a Florida DH 680 form, or all required immunizations documented in Florida SHOTS. These required documents must be submitted prior to starting at Incarnation Catholic School.

Dear Perspective Saints Families:

Thank you for your interest in Incarnation Catholic School. Our school of up to 248 students will provide your child with the individualized, Christ-centered instruction you want them to have to be civic-minded and virtue-minded individuals. ICS has been a premier Catholic school in the Sarasota community since 1961 and is a National Blue Ribbon School for its outstanding performance. Our faith and focus on the whole child - mind, body, and spirit is what separates our school from others. 

Over the past year, our student enrollment has increased by over 35%. With the increase in families moving to the Sarasota and Manatee County areas, plus families wanting a return to a traditional curriculum, we have a wait pool for some of our grades. We are happy to enroll students on a rolling basis contingent on available seats. In 2021, we created an additional class to our already vibrant preschool of 3-year olds and VPK with 4-year olds. Our Kindergarten through Grade 2 classes will be capped at 22 students to allow for an 11 to 1 ratio. Our Grade 3 through Grade 8 will be capped at 25 students per class. We have one class per grade in K-8th grade. 

Over 43% of our staff have been at ICS for over five years. They are experts in their grade level while providing the students with a robust learning experience, aligned to the Diocese of Venice Catholic Academic Standards and the Catholic Integrated Faith Standards. Our school is a part of the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) and is accredited through the Florida Catholic Conference. STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) is embedded into all subject areas to allow students to express their learning in various modalities because we know that not all students learn the same way. Standardized assessments are used to create individualized goals and plans to support all students to meet the rigorous standards. 

As Saints we RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence)! Our students are held to high expectations as we emphasize these core values in conjunction with our habits of mind, Gifts of CHRIST. A well-rounded curriculum doesn’t stop in the classroom. Students are encouraged to join at least one of our six sports, participate in service learning and to be an active member in their congregation.
