Parent/Guardian Volunteers
ICS couldn't achieve its Mission without the dedicated service of many volunteers. Thank you! We welcome and encourage all parents to volunteer and there are many opportunities available. Please use the "Volunteer Sign Up Form" below to notify our Volunteer Coordinator of which events and opportunities you are interested in.
For a detailed description of each position, please read the 2024/25 Families in Service Volunteer Catalog at the bottom of the page.

Safe Environment Certification
We ask that you take an active role in your child’s education and to volunteer at least 20 hours a year at Incarnation Catholic School. The main responsibility of a volunteer is to assist the administration and teachers. To volunteer at the school, parents must have completed fingerprinting and Safe Environment Training. A detailed and thorough catalog of all volunteer opportunities can be found at the bottom of the page but we encourage you sign up for at least three opportunities in the form above.. It is mandatory to sign in and out in the office when you come on school grounds. Families should track their own service hours on the FACTS Family Portal.
The Safe Environment Program is mandated and required by the Diocese of Venice. Safe Environment (SE) Training consists of two core components: Background Check/ Fingerprinting, and Training and Awareness. See below for training registration, background fingerprinting process, and other critical information. The Diocese engages Virtus for data management and video training programs for Protecting God’s Children through education and prevention training for adults.
